An ever changing market saw Employsure launch their own law firm in-house. This law firm would not only service Employsure’s own clients but expand to service new clients who did not access Employsure’s entire suite of products.
I was tasked with the responsibility to create the branding of the new firm, as well as creating key assets and directing the rollout of the brand, ensuring that a consistent message was conveyed. The project required me to start at the ideation stage, exploring all possible options and presenting my recommendations to management. Employsure Law was the first diversification of service for Employsure and considerations needed to be made around how the branding was treated as this would affect any new ventures.
