Geek Squad

Geek Squad Business Membership was a new addition to the Geek Squad service, offering tech support for small businesses. The business team challenged us to find creative solutions to aid and inform during the on-boarding process.

In collaboration with a creative copywriter, we developed three ideas that ensured that new members had the information they needed when signing up, as well as keeping Geek Squad front of mind during a time of need.
